After having some that couldn't tell if they needed to repair their windshield I have now created a windshield repair guide that anyone can down load, print and take out to their car; it's free.

I set this up also for some of my fleet accounts that prefer to either limit or not to perform repairs in the driver's critical vision area. This is something that should be considered when determining whether to repair a windshield or not.
